For the past ten years, partners Dan and David Motz have worked with John Garlich of Perfection Landscape, Inc., one of the Tri-State’s leading retaining wall builders. In the spring of 2010, they finalized plans to build together.

John Garlich and his team have over 20 years experience building retaining walls, paver patios and other outdoor living spaces. Now, joining the Motz Team, John is free to focus on management, sales and new growth sectors in the Tri-State.
